At Alphalaira, we take utmost care to ensure high-quality products and safe packaging. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refund & No Exchange

All purchases made at alphalaira.com are final.
We follow a strict No Refund, No Exchange, and No Return policy for all products, except in cases where a customer receives a damaged or defective product.


2. Damaged Product – Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only if:

  1. You receive a damaged or defective item.
  2. You provide an uncut, continuous unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package
    • Opening of the package
    • The damaged product clearly visible
  3. The video must be sent to our email: alphalaira@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Note:
Photos, cut videos, or videos recorded after opening the package will not be accepted.


3. Verification Process

  • Our quality team will review your unboxing video.
  • If the damage is genuine, we will notify you via email.
  • You will need to manually ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service.
  • The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Approval

A refund will be initiated only after:

  • We receive the returned product, and
  • It passes inspection confirming the damage as per the unboxing video.

Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be approved for:

  • Change of mind / dislike of product
  • Size issues
  • Color differences due to screen/lighting variations
  • Incorrect unboxing video
  • Missing or cut unboxing video
  • Normal wear and tear or mishandling after delivery
  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

At Alphalaira, we aim to provide smooth and reliable shipping for our customers across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing time may vary.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery time usually ranges from 5–9 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • Alphalaira is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, logistics issues, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number.
  • You can track the package through the courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable:

  • The order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping will incur an additional charge.
  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.

6. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Kindly record a video before opening the package.
  • Follow the Refund Policy process for damaged items.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Alpha laira ships within India only.
International shipping will be added in the future.
